She is also an invaluable in-house physician who constantly avails herself to the facility's ongoing needs. Her gentle nature and professional attitude make her one of the most likeable physicians at Lancia's.


	Dr. Augusto Fojas MD Facility Medical Director Lancia's Villa Royale Dr. Fojas has a long-standing career of family practice and has been with Lancia's facilities for over 25 years. He is also an instrumental member of the Clinical Review Committee which conducts monthly reviews of the medical well being of residents. Dr. Fojas is a true physician and a truly compassionate person.


	Dr. Luis Vazquez, MD Facility Medical Director Lancia's Belmont Manor Dr. Vazquez has a diverse background in both pharmacy and medicine. He has also served as the Belmont County Coroner since 2002. He has been an instrumental member of the Clinical Review Committee at Belmont Manor and is well known for his sense of humor and unparalleled bedside manor.


	Dr. S.K. Singh, MD Facility Psychiatrics Lancia's Villa Royale Dr. Singh is the facility psychiatrist at the Villa Royale. She is invaluable when it comes to resident medication review and is instrumental in guiding medical treatment during our monthly Clinical Review Committee. Dr. Singh is highly knowledgeable and indispensable with respect to resident medical well-being.


	Dr. Carmel Shaw-Nieves, MD Facility Psychiatrics Lancia's Belmont Manor Dr. Shaw is the facility psychiatrist at Belmont Manor and possesses an extensive educational background. Her services and expertise are crucial in aiding our medical staff during Clinical Review Committee. Dr. Shaw is well known among staff members for her tender caring and her natural ability as a teacher and explainer.


	Joyce Roupe RN Director of Nursing at Villa Royale Joyce is a fully registered nurse and she has been with Lancia's Villa Royale for over 19 years. Her long-standing dedication and service to Lancia Nursing Homes is a chief reason why our nursing staff is second to none in the Tristate. Always available to family members and residents, Joyce is a true example of professionalism and compassion.


	Karrie McCarthy RN Director of Nursing at Belmont Manor Karrie has a B.S.N. degree and has been with Belmont Manor for over three years. Karrie makes the nursing operation run smoothly and successfully. She is a real team leader and creates a friendly environment that our residents and staff appreciate. Of course, Karrie is always readily available to family members and residents.
